Hello and welcome!

My name is Fred Jaja. I'm a registered real estate agent and consultant who helps people looking to buy or sell homes in the Ottawa Region.  Everyday is different and that's why I love my work. I meet clients from all walks of life and love finding out more about them, their families, their dreams and lives.  With this in mind, my goal is to find the right home for my clients!

I simply can't see myself ever "selling" someone a house, or "selling" a property for a client. A home isn't just a commodity, that's a cold way of looking at something that is so close to our hearts. It is more than real estate, it's real life!  Our homes represent our families, our memories, our futures, our hopes and our dreams.

Without proper guidance, experience and great understanding of your needs, selling and buying a home can become a very complex process. I want to ensure you that I will keep this experience a pleasant one and one to remember.

A little about me...

My background in Real Estate goes back approximately 10 years. During my career as a real estate appraiser, I have successfully completed over 5000 residential appraisals in the Ottawa-Gatineau region. Moreover, at my retirement from the profession, I was managing a staff of over 20 appraisers and 4 administrative support staff.

I'm also fluent in English and French and growing up in Ottawa, I have become very familiar with the entire region.

I'm also happily married to my beautiful wife Marie-Josee and father of two beautiful girls, Jasmine and Dalia.
